Charleston is a thriving tourist city with history, culture, entertainment and architecture which supports a substantial tourist industry.

The joint venture's strategy is to tie several separate parcels into one major urban residential resort club, comprised of nearly 1,000 waterfront residential units, three golf courses, marina, spa, restaurants, beach club and retail.

The key to this investment is the ability to create an "urban resort" near downtown Charleston. The close proximity to the city allows for the combination of cultural, restaurant and historic experiences, with those of a resort.
