James  Riordan

James M. Riordan is a Principal of Lubert-Adler and is responsible for acqusitions and operational oversight of the firm's investments, concentrating on Mid-Atlantic multi-family and for-sale housing.

Mr. Riordan has 25 years experience in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Riordan was a senior vice president and portfolio manager with LaSalle Investment Management, senior associate with the Linpro Company / LCOR, and treasury officer in the capital markets groups of Chemical Bank and L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin.

Mr. Riordan holds a B.A. degree from Hamilton College.
