Robert Rosenberg is a Principal of the firm and is primarily involved with the structuring and execution of new investments.

Mr. Rosenberg joined Lubert-Adler after spending more than 25 years as a transactional real estate attorney in New York. For 20 years, Mr. Rosenberg was a partner in the New York City firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, and, in that capacity, represented investors, lenders, developers and operators in a wide variety of domestic and international projects.

Mr. Rosenberg received his A.B., cum laude, from Washington University in 1973. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1977.
