Stuart Margulies

Stuart Margulies is a Managing Principal and Director of Asset Management of Lubert-Adler.  In addition, Mr. Margulies is involved in the acquisition of assets in the residential resort, hospitality and self storage sectors.

Mr. Margulies has 22 years of experience in the real estate investment sector. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Margulies was Vice President, special assets department, First Union National Bank, and Analyst with Transact Property Company and the Greenwood Group.

Mr. Margulies holds an M.B.A. in finance from Temple University and a B.A. in economics from Franklin and Marshall College.
